All Terrain Architect, LLC is a principal-led architecture practice specializing in condominium renovations, adaptive architecture, and existing-building transformations throughout Florida and beyond.

With experience spanning hundreds of condominium renovations along the Florida coastline, ATA has become known for navigating technically complex projects through owner-perspective guidance, strategic problem-solving, and real-world construction understanding.

The firm has also designed custom residences, barndominiums, and adaptive reuse projects shaped by context, resilience, and place-specific design principles rooted in the Founding Principal’s upbringing on a farm and deep respect for land, nature, and the built environment.

While residential and renovation work remain the firm’s primary focus, ATA has contributed to select commercial, hospitality, multifamily, educational, institutional, and agricultural projects requiring local knowledge.

Collaborating closely with engineers, consultants, and contractors, ATA guides projects from inception to completion with informed insight and a strong understanding of building conditions.

Advocating for the Architecture Profession

Through the American Institute of Architects (AIA), All Terrain Architect, LLC founding Principal, Arty Molinari, AIA serves on the Board of the AIA Fort Lauderdale Chapter. He was the component's 2024 President and chairs the annual Fishing Tournament where he raises thousands of dollars a year for the Florida Atlantic Univeristy (FAU), School of Architecture giving students the opportunity to earn a scholarship aiding them in their higher education to become licensed Architects!
