All Terrain Architect, LLC specializes in providing design and contract documents for condominium renovations, having remodeled hundreds of units from West Palm Beach to Miami along the vibrant Southeast Florida coastline.

The firm has also designed dozens of custom Single-Family Homes and Barndominiums from Fort Lauderdale to Orlando and beyond.

Residential work has dominated the firm since inception, however, the team has completed and consulted on numerous Commercial projects, including education, restaurants, offices, retail, institutional, warehouses, and multifamily.

The question of the name "All Terrain" comes up frequently, and that is because of the roots of the Founding Principal growing up on a farm and vowing to not focus on one project type or client. Having deep respect for land and nature allows the firm to explore optimum creativity.

Collaborating closely with local Engineers, Consultants, and Contractors, ATA delivers smart,
cost-effective solutions that ensure projects receive exceptional results.

Through the American Institute of Architects (AIA), All Terrain Architect, LLC founding Principal, Arty Molinari, AIA serves on the Board of the AIA Fort Lauderdale Chapter. He was the component's 2024 President and chairs the annual Fishing Tournament where he raises thousands of dollars a year for the Florida Atlantic Univeristy (FAU), School of Architecture giving students the opportunity to earn a scholarship aiding them in their higher education to become licensed Architects!
